Almost everyone here knows a few people and families from Mexico. Cinco de Mayo is becoming a big celebration around here as more and more Mexican families move here. There are lots of special parties and food menus tonight at the Mexican restaurants, and lots of cold cervezas, too.

The best thing about so many Mexicans moving here is that the Mexican food is getting better and more authentic.
