PostSecrets

It has been a while since I had even remembered the website of PostSecrets.com. It is a website that you can mail in any postcard, home made or not, with your secret on it that gets posted for all to see. You see some pretty interesting, entertaining, disturbing and heartfelt secrets posted here folks, check it out sometime.

 

Black Out

I knew darn well that there were a ton of websites that were participating with the blackout in protest of the SOPA bill that is threatening so much of what we do online. Didn’t I feel stupid when I tried to help my daughter with a homework question and tried to find the answer on Wikipedia.com only to find it in the Blackout. Come to find out that there would have been a way to find the answer, but learn of it until later last night when it was on the news, sigh……

 

Bye-Bye Verizon

It has been a long two year relationship with Verizon, my current cell phone provider. I can’t wait for the end of November to get here so I can finally say “Goodbye and Good Riddance” to anything to do with Verizon once and for all. I have heard that there are several websites that you can do comparison shopping with numerous cell phone providers and their plans and their phones that they have to offer and I plan on spending some time here real soon looking for them and seeing if they can help me find the best deal possible for my wants and needs.

The Sims Medieval

I just got a new game yesterday called The Sims Medieval. I really like it, especially since its different than all the other Sim games. It’s pretty expensive since it’s still new though.
